Don is a local man who attended Friars religiously and as a keen photographer, took many pictures across a wide range of Friars gig including many of the support bands. The vast majority of these pictures are colour too.
Don got in touch with us asking if we were interested. He still has the bite marks on his arms!
They were all originally on 35mm slides, so we had to digitise them to get them on the website. It's well worth the effort.
Many of these pictures may not have been seen before or certainly not for 30 years or more. If you can add some weight to these pictures, especially if you are in them, please do contact us.
