what happened next
Stone The Crows folded in 1973 in the wake of Harvey's fatal electrocution the year before.

Roxy Music are still in the business.  Roxy Music were on their way to playing the big arenas. They split in 1983. They reunited with the classic line up (minus Eno) in 2001. Phil Manzanera has been part of David Gilmour's most recent touring band. Mackay also scored the cult Rock Follies in 1976/1977. Ferry has had a successful solo career. Eno carved out a name as a producer of choice to the likes of U2.
