Alan Patchitt,
Friars fan:
"I used to go to Friars, early seventies. On your entry Fleetwood
Mac June 12th 1971 the band line up was as you suggest plus Bob
Welch on lead guitar. I know this for a fact as I took him up to the
Regent cafe (only the best) for a coffee and something to eat before
they played. Great site." |

what happened next |
|
|
Fleetwood Mac
were 3-4 years away from striking pure gold. McVie, Fleetwood and Perfect, now Christine McVie,
teamed up with Lindsay Buckingham and Stevie Nicks. Their first album with
this line up was reasonably successful then in 1977 they released an album
called 'Rumours'. The rest......... |
