Why? It's high time Penetration were honoured for their place in the Friars story. Aside from their place in history as part of the 40th anniversary gigs, Penetration quickly rose from support band to headlining Friars twice and also Pauline came back in 1980 with the Invisible Girls. We were very happy to say on stage on October 23rd 2009, Penetration, Friars Heroes. Unbelievably, this is the first time the band has had any kind of award.

Penetration: Thanks for a fantastic night last Friday, we had one of the best. The award topped it off. It's a first for us. David, yourself and all the team were so kind and helpful. Thank you!
