  The pretty things are still going strong with originals Dick May and Phil Taylor and headlined the Friars 40th anniversary gig on June 1st 2009 with a set of immense proportions.

Jim McCarty came back to Friars in Illusion who were the original Renaissance who played Friars in 1969
