  what happened next
  Toots and the Maytals are still active as at 2012 having disbanded in the 80s but reforming in the early 1990s.

Department S disbanded in 1982 but reformed in 2007. Vaughn Toulouse died in 1991. Of course Dept S had a big hit with Is Vic There?
