what happened next
SB&Q ended in the 1980s. Both Willie Wilson and Tim Renwick have played with Pink Floyd on live excursions. Renwick was present at the legendary 2005 Pink Floyd reunion for Live 8. Bruce Thomas became one of Elvis Costello's Attractions. Peter Wood also was one of 'The Wall' musicians for the Floyd shows and died in 1993

Rod Stewart's mega-hit Sailing was (unsurprisingly) not one of his own songs. The original  was in fact by Sutherland Brothers and Quiver
