This was one of those gigs that was difficult to comprehend – they were in great form (unlike the next appearance six months later) and the audience reaction bordered on hysterical. The “Reward” for the Cope effect you see. Must have been something about Aylesbury, it was the first to sell out on the tour and an extra date was almost added, which Jam matinee aside and cockney rebel in 1974, was unheard of
